These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Artisan Dough Academy website, online courses, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Artisan Dough Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our Services.
To access purchased courses, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.
All course prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; however, price changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course content. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
When you purchase a course from Artisan Dough Academy, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use. This license is subject to the following conditions:
All content on our website and within our courses — including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, recipes, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — is the intellectual property of Artisan Dough Academy or our instructors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Recipes and techniques taught in our courses may be used in your personal cooking and baking. However, the specific instructional content, presentations, and written materials remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Our courses provide educational content related to pizza making, baking, and cooking techniques. While we strive for accuracy and quality:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Artisan Dough Academy, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our platform and course content. However, we may temporarily suspend or restrict access to our Services for maintenance, updates, security patches, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
In the unlikely event that we permanently discontinue a course, enrolled students will be given at least 90 days' notice and the opportunity to download available course materials.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artisan Dough Academy with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
